Mark Thompson knows firsthand the twists and turns of navigating career change and the job search. Back in 2018, he found himself at a crossroads, seeking purpose and meaning in his work. With the guidance of his mentors, they saw his potential and the courage to take a leap of faith. Mark stepped into the unknown, determined to create a career aligned with his deepest values.

From the ashes of his former career, he birthed a new vision. Drawing on his personal experiences, in 2023, Mark founded Career Transformation Academy  a beacon of light for other aspiring professionals on the cusp of life-changing transformation. Over 500 people have been touched by his work. Like a sculptor revealing the true essence within the stone, Mark and his team have helped uncover the highest calling of hundreds of careers.
