By accessing or using CTA Career GPS ("the Service"), operated by Career Transformation Academy, a division of Taylor Plus One LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CTA Career GPS is an AI-powered career coaching platform that provides users with access to AI career coaches, career assessments, job matching, resume analysis, interview preparation, salary negotiation guidance, and other career development tools. The Service is available through our website at ctagps.ai and ctagps.com.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration

  • Maintain the security of your account credentials

  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

  • Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account and use the Service.

4. Payment Terms

Free Tier: The free tier provides limited access to the Service at no cost. No payment information is required.

Premium Subscription: The Premium subscription is billed at $29.99 per month or $299 per year. Payment is charged at the beginning of each billing period. All fees are in US dollars.

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your Premium subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to Premium features until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period, except as provided in our 7-day money-back guarantee.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

  • Share your account credentials with others

  • Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others

  • Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise the platform

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service

  • Use automated tools to access the Service without our permission

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service  including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, software, and AI models  are the property of Career Transformation Academy or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service (such as resumes or personal information). By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to use it for the purpose of providing the Service.

8. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The career advice, job recommendations, salary information, and other guidance provided by our AI coaches are generated by artificial intelligence systems. While we strive for accuracy, this content is for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional advice. We recommend consulting with qualified professionals for critical career decisions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Career Transformation Academy and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific career outcomes will result from using the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the applicable jurisdiction.
